Indian intellectual watchdogs aka liberandus are regularly bashed for their mindset rooted in coloniality. They regularly finds themselves at loggerheads with Hindu cultural practices, and family system. But we never understand where does their opposition to family values come from. For that, we need to understand an interesting phenomenon. It is a well observed fact that all anti Hindu forces, armed with the tools of Marxism, hate the emotion of nationalism. Text book definition of a nation is sense of belonging towards one's own common culture, history and soil. Notable fact is, that none of these can evolve with an individual, especially a culture. For a culture to develop, the fundamental requirement is present of a basic unit called family. If nation is born out of culture and civilization, and culture needs existence of a family and a community life, it is impossible that you may consider an individual to be the basic unit of the nation instead of a family. Unfortunately, Indian left and Indian judiciary, (which again is under heavy influence of Marxist opium and wokism) derive their "constitutional and liberal values" from the United States of America. They look upto it as an epitome of democracy. The United States of America, is an artificial construct. It is effectively an extension of anglo-sphere or Anglo-Saxon cultural sphere on the other side of the Atlantic and an assimilation of interest groups composed of diametrically opposite cultural identities with no common unifying thread. Thus, the absence of nationhood, creates room for individualism. While Bharat, on the other hand, despite presenting greater cultural diversity, has a unifying thread called Dharma which binds all regional identities together. The spirit of harmony with others and the nature is common cultural phenomenan from Himalaya to Sindhu Sagara. Thus, we being a nation and a civilizational state are very different from the United States which is an artificial construct and thus, by no means, can an individual be the fundamental unit of our society. Anti Hindu forces, and an influenced judiciary, impose the American concepts of polity and society on a very different society of ours. While judiciary on one hand can be given the benefit of doubt, (that they don't have subversive motives), anti Hindu forces target these concepts of nationalism, culture and family for various reasons. For example, Muslims and missionaries, or atleast their apologists, like Dr Faizan (VC of a renowned law University) are seen criticising nationalism. This is because nation comes from culture. If the society, in this case Hindu society, starts leaving nationalism, it will soon find itself alienated from the culture and such society will be a free hunting ground for predatory proselytisation. Eventual death of culture and nation will also lead to gradual fragmentation of Hindu society producing weak individuals who could be easily subdued by a determined, organised, violent group, even if a minority. Hindu family is on the target of communists as well. This is because that's the actual fundamental unit of a nation. In order to capture the state power, the collective feeling of nationhood and culture needs to be crushed. That happens when the family gets dismantled. An atomised society again, is easy to capture for communists or Marxists, particularly when the unifying thread of the nation has been affectively broken by breaking families systematically using the tools of gender identities/gender studies and other such concepts derived from cultural Marxism. 

Indian judiciary and Indian state on one hand, needs to understand that it is very natural that the basic unit of Indian society, by which i mean Hindu society, is a family and not an individual. They should thus, stop imposing an eternal reformist approach and western understanding of "equality" on our families and leave it to our society to govern its family relations. 

Hindus on the other hand should understand that protection and cultural rooting of the family should be their prime focus before anything else and anyone who aims at breaking our family systems apart, has an agenda to destroy our civilization. These anti family forces, ARE THY ENEMY.
